This scholarship was established to recognize outstanding full-time undergraduate SHPE members enrolled in STEM degrees who have demonstrated financial need, achieved positive academic records, and extraordinary community service.

National AP Scholar with Distinction

The AP Scholar with Distinction Award is granted to students who receive an average score of at least 3.5 on all AP Exams taken, and scores of 3 or higher on five or more of these exams.

Michael J. O'Donnell Mathematics Award

The Michael J. O'Donnell Mathematics Award established in 1957 by the members of Xavier's Class of 1923, and to be presented annually thereafter in memory of their beloved teacher of Mathematics, Michael J. O'Donnell, is awarded to the senior with the highest average attained in the first three years of Mathematics.
